What We Do behind the scenes

Earlier this October, the Falcons Operations and Outreach team was at Bailey Middle School for the annual Meet & Greet. Presenting and Introducing Rugby to Grade 6 through Grade 8.

Falcons Rugby Club continues a strong partnership with Bailey Middle School and very grateful for the support from former Principal Chad Thomas who welcomed Rugby into the school almost 8 years with Bailey Cobras. Mr.Thomas played rugby prior to committing to his teaching career. We transitioned to Falcons Rugby in 2022 with wonderful support from Principal Jason Bissinger.

We introduced our first All Girls division in 2024 with 8 girls and competed in the Charlotte Youth Tournament as a combined team of girls from various their club against Clover. We were called the Charlotte Falcons.

This year we are introducing Touch Rugby to compliment the tackle division to all newcomers to give rugby a go. Perfect for players to play non contact and build confidence.

The first week of practices are OPEN PRACTICE so we encourage players to share the news and invite friends to give rugby a go!

Everyone must be registered by Nov 20!
