Joining our Rugby Club is easy with Step by Step Registration Process.

 Open to all High School students in the  North Mecklenburg  County without rugby program at their attending school. Players re-register at the beginning of every season in order to play.

NCYRU SPRING CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

HS Girls Team play inter-club meet and Ruggerfest

Players age 13 and above may request for dispensation to play up with the HS team with parents , Coach and NCYRU board approval.

SPRING CLUB :  Charlotte Cardinals

HS Boys, U10 co-ed, U12 co-ed, U14 boys are offered an opportunity to continue playing with Charlotte Cardinals Rugby Club.  Players  wishing to play in Spring  are required to re-register with Rugby Xplorer and choose 'Charlotte Cardinals". Players will then need to register with the club at: www.charlottecardinals.com

​Before your first practice, make sure you have your playing kit ready, including warm clothing for winter season:

• mouth guard

• rugby cleats ( soccer/football cleats allowed 

• Bring a Scrum cap (optional) 

• Black shorts ( thermal leggings/tights in winter is allowed )

• long black socks

• Bring a water bottle
